The Governing Body are consulting on the admission arrangements for St Nicholas Catholic Primary School for admission in September 2026 in line with the requirements of the School Admission Code 2021.

Consultation is taking place to satisfy the requirement to consult every 7 years.

The consultation period: Wednesday 9th October - Tuesday 19th November.

You have the right to appeal to an Independent Appeal Panel for any school place you have been refused.

Completed appeal forms can either be e-mailed to education.appeals@leeds.gov.uk or posted to Leeds City Council, PO Box 837, Admissions, Leeds LS1 9PZ. If you would like a paper copy of the form please contact Leeds City Council’s Admissions Team on 0113 222 4414.

  

 

Appeal deadlines

For places starting in September 2024, the deadline to submit an appeal for:

  • Year 7 is 28 March 2024
  • Reception is 14 May 2024

You can appeal after the deadline but we may not hear your appeal before school starts in September.

If you are not appealing for a Reception or Year 7 place starting in September, we will hold your hearing as soon as possible and no more than 30 school days after the date your appeal was submitted.
