At St Nicholas, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do, rooted in our mission to “love one another as I have loved you.” We are committed to creating a school where every child feels valued, supported and able to flourish as a unique individual.

Inclusion is everyone’s responsibility, and across our school staff work together to ensure that all pupils feel a true sense of belonging. We take time to understand each child, identifying any barriers to learning early and putting the right support in place so that every child can take part fully in school life.

Our Inclusion Team helps to lead and support this work, working closely with families, staff and external professionals to support pupils’ learning, wellbeing and personal development. Together, we are committed to ensuring that every child is nurtured, supported and able to achieve their full potential.
